How can I return/get my refunds?
Before return the products&Get your refunds,you need to contact support@hushidasmart.com first.

If you change your mind...
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you can request a return within 7 days of receiving the item. After 7 days, your return request will not be processed by us. If you change your mind, please take action within 7 days after you sign for the delivery.

How to qualify for returns?
Normally, Hushidasmart do not accept refunds for no reason other than quality issues. If you need a refund, Hushidasmart ask you to send the product back.
For eligible for a return, you must:
- Keep the appearance condition and usage condition of the product intact
- Keep the original packaging intact
The product has no traces of use
Provide the photos of the above to Hushidasmart

How to proceed with the return procedure?
- Make sure you didn't exceed the 7-days expired date since you sign for the package delivery.
- Contact support@hushidasmart.com and pass the qualification audit with our customer service.
- If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping address along with instructions in 7 days on how and where to send the package. Hushidasmart refuses refunds if you return the item without receiving the return shipping address or return to the wrong address.
- Once you got informed by Hushidasmart on how and where to return the products, you have 14 days(from the date you sign for the delivery) to dealing with the return shippment and submitted the shipping tracking number to support@hushidasmart.com. We refuse the refunds if you exceed the return time limited(14 days).

Please check your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it. Hushidasmart provides one-year free spare parts delivery and 7X24 hours online engineers to solve product after-sales problems for you.

Exception/Non-Returnable Items
- Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom items (such as special order or personalized items).
- Discount Products cannot be returned.
- We do not accept returns of special discount products.

Refund
We will notify you when we receive and inspect your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method in 14 working days. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and issue the chargeback.


Hushidasmart accepts the product price includes a refund for shipping from Hushidasmart warehouse to your home, and you will be responsible for shipping the item back and afford the shipping fees. Also, Hushidasmart reserves the right to refuse a refund if the item is damaged after we have received the item and checked it out of the box.

Hushidasmart promises that the quality of its products conforms to ISO inspection standards and CNAS inspection standards. Once you order and pay for products from Hushidasmart, you are deemed to have accepted the above terms.
